About Me

Hi, I'm Michelle San Juan.

I founded San Juan Family Services to give families going through custody transitions a calm, neutral third party they can rely on. I sit between both parents — not on either side — so that visitation and exchanges stay focused on one thing: the child's safety and comfort.

I'm committed to providing safe, respectful, and confidential supervised visitation and exchange services throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. Every session is documented clearly and objectively, so parents, attorneys, and the court can rely on an accurate, professional record. My priority in every interaction is the wellbeing of the children involved, and helping their families navigate a difficult chapter with a little more ease.

Services & Pricing

Support for every stage of the arrangement

A simple, transparent rate structure — no surprise fees.

Intake Fee $60one-time Paid once per case, at setup.
Hourly Rate $60–$80/hr, per parent Covers supervised visitation and exchange sessions.

Supervised Visitation

An in-person, trained monitor present for the full visit in a neutral or approved location, with a written summary afterward.

Custody Exchanges

A monitored, low-conflict handoff between parents at a set location and time, with confirmation sent to both sides.

Virtual Visitation Monitoring

Remote-supervised video calls for families who don't require in-person monitoring, recorded per court instructions.

Consultation & Documentation

Case setup, scheduling coordination, and detailed written reports available for attorneys or court proceedings.

💜 Rates are billed per parent, per hour. Final cost depends on session length and case details.
